Blue In Green Soho accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund. Please note that certain items, including underwear and final sale products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Soho storefront.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
